About
Reframing is one of the most powerful tools for helping clients shift unhelpful thoughts and move toward meaningful behavior change — yet it’s also one of the most underused. This course is designed to help health coaches and healthcare professionals confidently integrate reframing strategies into their practice. Through a blend of short lectures, applied research examples, and guided practice, you’ll learn how to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, guide clients to reframe those thoughts, and strengthen their confidence and motivation for change. You’ll experience reframing from both the client and coach perspectives, gaining a deeper understanding of how to apply it effectively and compassionately in real conversations. By the end of this course, you’ll have: - A clear understanding of what cognitive reframing is and how it supports behavior change. - Practical frameworks and scripts for guiding reframing conversations. - Experience identifying and working through unhelpful thinking styles. - Confidence to apply reframing techniques with clients across a range of contexts. This course combines evidence-based science with hands-on learning — equipping you with the mindset, tools, and language to help clients think differently, feel more capable, and take sustainable action toward their goals.
