About
Healthy Habits Coaches is a health coaching training company that equips you with the
skills and tools to become an expert health coach.
Our certification course is grounded in real-world coaching experience and backed by
behavioural science.
We specialize in helping people who struggle to stick with healthy habits and those
trying to manage their health conditions – and we teach you how to do the same.
Our founders are Health Behaviour and Habit Scientists who have helped hundreds of
people take control of their health. They have also developed and published peer-
reviewed research supporting the strategies we use to help you make lasting changes.
We created Healthy Habits Coaches to bring science out of the lab and into everyday
life – giving you the research-backed tools and experience to coach effectively and help
clients build habits that stick.
Our Mission
To train compassionate, research-informed health coaches who can guide real, lasting change in people’s lives.
We combine the science of behaviour change with practical, hands-on education to build a community of health professionals who are equipped, supported, and ready to meet the evolving health needs of the world, one person, one habit, one step at a time.

Our Vision
To redefine health coaching to create a world where habits come easy, and individuals live healthier and more fulfilled lives.
Meet The Founders

This certification was built by two award-winning behavioural researchers and health
coaches who saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between science and coaching.
We have taken what works from the research and turned it into practical tools for real-
life coaching.
We created HHC to help future coaches feel confident, credible, and equipped to help
their clients make lasting change – because coaching should be as solid as the science
it’s built on.
